• Our company has three series of hematite 6 sets of 4.6*6.0 overflow type ball mills, of which three sets use high steel liners and three sets use magnetic liners.
• The mill has a capacity of 200t per hour.
• Ore feed size below 12mm.
• Ore hardness 18-20.
• Steel ball material is high chrome steel ball, diameter 100mm.
• Filling ratio of steel ball is 40%.

Previously, a section of the ball mill is used by other manufacturers of the liner, the service life of only 7 months or so, from the MaGang Nanshan mine was informed that Yongxin Special Steel’s bimetallic liner service life is long, almost no maintenance. After a site visit, the company ordered a set of YSP liners in 13 years and replaced them after 16 months of actual operation. There has been no damage, no deformation and virtually no maintenance during the life of the liner. Based on the good performance of this liner, the company has replaced all mill liners with YSP bimetallic liners.
