Daye Nonferrous Company internal mine φ2.7*3.6 mill equipment, due to the North Heavy Industry on the original liner only 6 months of service life, while we promise liner service life of more than 16 months, so the company decided to use the liner through the company’s research lining of the bimetallic composite liner of the Jingjiang City Yongxin Special Steel Co. The advantages of the liner are as follows:

• First, long service life: due to equipment overhaul, liner service life of 16 months when replaced down, the thinnest part of the liner is still 4cm thick, it is expected to be able to use 2 months no problem.
• Second, the liner design is lighter: because of the mill feed end of the first part, the middle and discharge end of the liner wear inconsistent, resulting in serious wear in the first part, the tail is still very thick, to the replacement can only be removed, resulting in a waste of liner. Now Yongxin Special Steel designed liner for the stepped thickness, so that the liner basically wear at the same time, improve liner life.
• Third, maintenance-free: bimetallic liner since the installation of the boot to dismantle and replace, has not required maintenance repairs, both labour and time saving and increase production.
• Fourth, save a liner dismantling and replacement installation time: dismantling and replacement of a set of liner usually takes two weeks, the average daily processing capacity of the mill is about 5,000 tonnes, saving a dismantling and replacement of the liner can be more time to deal with about 70,000 tonnes of ore, the economic benefits are huge.
